INTRO
So recently I have taken up critical thinking- yes, I am fully aware of how amazing this is. Well, in those moments of observing and analyzing my day to day I have been able to come up with a personal motto I have been living by for a while now. “There is no excuse for boredom”. People ask me why I am always doing stuff and even though it may not be necessarily out partying doing drugsSsSsSSsS and all the cool stuff the kids like these days, I’m always out and about doing my thing. Being bored may possibly be one of my biggest pet peeves of all time. Picture this. Its 2018, you’re sitting at home in your room, laying there, at the point of boredom where you’ve found yourself actually reading the buzz feed stories on Snapchat now reaching the maximum boredom capacity while the God damned sun peeks through the blinds reminding you you're an idiot for not taking advantage of the vitamin D. I don’t think I could came come up with any worse scenario. It is your personal choice to not get off your ass and work out, grab food with friends. Go on a damned bike ride or film your friends skateboarding.

Do something good for your brain. There is absolutely no excuse for boredom, although you may sometimes encounter certain small obstacles. Because you may run into circumstances that may prevent you from doing something with your life, I have come up with the perfect recipe/remedy for boredom.
OPTIMISM / MOTIVATION
Yes, a no brainer but, a friendly reminder that a very large dosage of optimism is essential to help motivate yourself into doing something. It’s a rare find a times, but once obtained, there is nothing that can stop you from messaging every person who has a car to go out for ice cream.
PEOPLE WHO DO STUFF
People who do stuff, a fuvking concept. First of all, YES THEY EXIST, you just have to look hard enough. I know Fornite may be the biggest cockblocker of all time, but it shouldn't be impossible to find people who have the same dosage of optimism as yourself.
Think of it this way, if you have trouble finding someone to hangout with, you have hundreds of Instagram followers and I doubt zero of them will wanna do something fun. A recent study shows that “post-millennial's” – those between the ages of 18 and 22 – were the social group who felt the loneliest, so go find those losers and drag them out for some ramen or something. What else is more interesting than meeting new people, anyway?????
BE SPONTANEOUS
This one's more difficult to measure up with. I must admit, for someone who is always trying to figure out new things to entertain myself with, being spontaneous with ideas is a lot more difficult than it sounds. Then again, that is only one definition of being spontaneous. There is also the definition of just saying that three letter word that tends to scares us all. “Yes”. Try it sometime, just say “yes” the next time someone gives you the opportunity to get you off your ass. From there, the only other thing to do is come up with a plan and that shouldn't be too hard. Maybe try something different and kick yourself out of your comfort zone.
OUTRO
All in all, after finding something to do and someone to do it with, you’ve already won. Doing this will save you from that feeling of feeling like garbage for accomplishing nothing. Remember, there really is no excuse unless you’re stranded in the desert without company. So go on. What're you even doing here clicking on Instagram bio's and reading my blog, get up.
